News, sermon downloads, important announcements, a calendar of events, forms, information about on-line giving – it’s all here on the website and more. If you’re looking for something but can’t find it – or if you discover a mistake or a broken link – send an email to Alan Lee about it.
SUNDAY BULLETINS AND INSERTS
A new bulletin containing a worship guide, Scripture texts, announcements, and upcoming events, is published every Friday and distributed at church on Sunday mornings.
Colorful posters advertising upcoming events, Sunday morning classes, ministry teams and mission projects are located at many of the entrances to the church building and in the main hallway.
Infosheets describing SPC’s ministry and mission, our current Sunday School offerings, the current sermon series and special events are available at the Welcome Center.
SPC ON FACEBOOK
SPC Members and Friends is a private Facebook group where we connect and communicate with each other about practical needs, SPC events, ministry opportunities and needs, mission projects, topics of interest, and happenings around town. If you’re a member or regular attender at Stony Point Church and have a Facebook account, all you need to do is go to our private Facebook group and request to become a member. One of the group’s administrators will review your request and approve it if we have a record of your attendance at SPC.
EMAIL DISTRIBUTION LISTS
We maintain distribution lists for the following ministries:
- Praise & Prayer – our weekly call to prayer and thanksgiving. To add your name to this list, contact Lynn Liles.
- Meal RSVPs – Wednesday Dinners, Congregational Picnics, etc.
- Men’s Ministry – Groups, Classes, and Events
- Women’s Ministry – Groups, Classes, and Events
Send an email to Lynn Liles if you’d like to add your name to one of these lists.
Pastoral letters are sent to the congregation from time to time focusing on significant opportunities and challenges in the life of the church.
SPC’S PUBLIC FACEBOOK PAGE
Our public Facebook page is a great way to share SPC events and ministries with your friends, neighbors, and coworkers.
Twitter is the place to go for occasional bursts of wisdom, inspiration, news, and nonsense.
