At SPC, we try our best to keep paperwork to a minimum. But there is just no getting around the need for some forms, policies and procedures. So we do our best to make them all available and easy to get. If you don’t see the form or information you’re looking for on this page, please let us know with an email to Lynn Liles, our Office Administrator, so we can address your concern and add it to this catalog.
To be completed by those who wish to apply for membership in Stony Point Church. After submitting your completed form to the church office, an elder will contact you to schedule a membership interview. Attendance at a New Members Class is recommended but not required before submitting a membership application.
To be completed those who wish to serve in ministry and mission at SPC. Please download and print the form, complete all of the required information, sign the volunteer covenant, and submit your form to the SPC office. A criminal background check will be done on everyone who is 18 years and older.
For registering your child(ren) from birth through fifth grade – to participate in children’s ministries at SPC including nursery, children’s worship, Sunday School, Tuesday Mornings, CAT Clubs and VBS.
To register your teens – from Sixth through Twelfth grades – for participation in youth ministries at SPC including youth Bible classes, Middle and High School youth fellowship, High School Guy’s Bible Study and High School Girls’ Bible Study.
The entire SPC community is encouraged to participate in local, regional and global mission projects. This policy paper describes how SPC mission projects are selected and organized, how they’re and how to participate in them.
To be completed and submitted by everyone who wants to participate in an SPC Mission Project. Copies of this Application Form may be distributed to the SPC Missions Leadership Team, Mission Project Leader, Session, and staff for review.
