Day two at Holiday Bible Club saw 70 kids and a lot of fun. On day one we talked about God‘s creation in the world, and today we talked about God‘s greatest creation: mankind. The kids got to hear a little bit of the gospel as they were told that man is made in God‘s image and created for a relationship with Him. I think more than a few of us got a little teary-eyed as we heard kids stand and recite John 3:16 from memory after one day. The majority of the kids at HBC do not attend church, and this verse is new to them.
This afternoon the team hiked Fyrish and then had a cookout at church. It’s been great this week seeing all of the relationships between the people from SPC and Dornoch. It’s a blessing to be here.
