Growing Disciples
Jesus made it clear that the entire mission of the church is to make disciples. He called His disciples to be with Him, to watch Him, to participate with Him. He sent them out in ministry and then brought them back and taught them. After His death and resurrection, He gave them this familiar command:
Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.” (Matthew 28:19-20)
Making disciples doesn’t look the same as it did in the Early Church, but the command remains the same for us today.
Our Story

In the fall of 2013, the first Transform campaign began to build a home where we could invite our neighbors to COME and hear the gospel. God blessed it abundantly — Our membership and budget have doubled in size, and our ministries to every sector of our church population are growing and multiplying. We are filled with vibrant, Spirit-filled gospel activity every day of the week. Now, we need room for our growing family of disciples to GROW with us and be transformed by the gospel.

Making a Commitment
Commitments can look very different:
- A lump sum gift while the stock market is high
- Using funds from required minimum distributions each year out of retirement accounts
- End-of-the-year donations from once-a-year compensation
- A monthly commitment

Children and Students
Because our capital campaign directly invests in the future of our young people, our children and youth are stepping up as full, active partners in this fundraising effort. Rather than simply witnessing the church’s growth from the sidelines, they are taking personal ownership of the mission to raise disciples and equip future disciple-makers. Our young people will actively contribute to the campaign through hands-on personal commitments and creative financial sacrifices. They may choose to allocate money earned from chores and babysitting jobs, organize service projects, or sell personal items to give directly to the building fund.
Their active participation will be a tangible way for our children to commit to the church’s shared vision. By giving their own resources, our children and youth are not only helping build the physical facilities (such as expanded classrooms, larger youth spaces, outdoor environments, and fellowship gathering areas), but they are also putting their faith into action. Through Sunday School, Wednesday night programs, and youth group activities, these young disciple-makers will be learning about Biblical stewardship in action. Children and students will receive their own Commitment Cards, tailored specifically to their age groups (pictured below).
