1. Where have you experienced true unity? What was the cause?
2. How about disunity? What was the cause there?
Psalm 133
1. Have you ever faked unity either at home, work or church just to
keep the peace? How long did it last before everything came
apart?
2. Can anyone give an example of true unity in the Bible? What was
the result? (The reign of David and Solomon)
3. Think about your behavior and attitudes. What do you recognize
is necessary in order to achieve unity? (a supernatural movement
of the Holy Spirit)
Psalm 134
1. Describe worship in the Bible. (Genesis 2 – the short time that
Adam worked/worshiped in the Garden; Ezra 8 – the reading of the
Law)
2. What do you understand as worship?
3. Have you been guilty of mere mental ascent rather than moving
into worship in body, heart, mind and soul. (Remember Allen’s
demonstration of martial arts posture)
