SPC’s Refugee Family Resettlement Team is helping the Wardaks (our new refugee family) move into their own West End apartment ( near the Ledfords) in mid-November. This move provides you with an opportunity to help them make their apartment a home by donating used or new household items. Small items can be dropped off at SPC anytime in the porch box near the front door. We would like to collect large items and furniture on move-in day (scheduled now for November 15, but that might change). We will coordinate the pickup and delivery with those that donate furniture.
