Mission Updates

Misty Tafao ~ By God's grace, our team completed its mission strong and headed home Friday afternoon. We arrived home late Saturday. Here's our closing prayer: Heavenly Father, All glory to Your name! We praise You for all You have done, seen and unseen. We thank You for our brothers and sisters in India and the Kingdom work being done. We thank You for allowing us to participate in what You are doing there. We thank You for safe passage to and from India, and all the places in between. We thank You for the generosity and hospitality of Your people

Dawn James ~ Today was Day One of the second two-day training conference for pastors and their wives. It was such a treat to enter the building this morning to their voices lifted in song. Even though they were singing in another language, I knew they were singing about Jesus.

Melinda Batalias ~ Today we began our second conference with a new group of men and women. Micah taught the men Galatians 1 – 3 and Michael taught the men about biblical leadership. Dawn, Melinda, Cindy, and Misty taught on the Ten Commandments. Cindy also kept the women active with a game of “Never have I ever” and a coloring sheet.

Michael Bryant ~ We took a short break from training pastors and their wives to dedicate another water well and to visit an after-school ministry for primary students supported by Global Partners in Peace and Development.

Micah Ringelberg: Today we completed our first two-day Pastor and Wives' Training Conference. For me, it was an unexpected blessing. Plans for teaching chapters of Galatians changed into a long course on the overarching theme of covenants in scripture.

Michael Bryant: We are too tired to say much more than that we had a wonderful time on this first day of our Conference for Pastors and Wives. I hope these photos tell you everything you want to know.
