We will study the common themes and links between books of the Old Testament focused on wisdom for practical living and mastering the difficult challenges of life. We will pay close attention to the problems of suffering and maintaining faith in the face of evil. In just twelve weeks we will tour Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, Job, and Song of Solomon. Our emphasis will be on Biblical insights that are more easily seen across these books than just from within them.
