Statistics suggest that one in six people will have experienced a mental health struggle in the past week. That means there are many at SPC who need us to show compassion and respond with biblical wisdom. In this class, we will delve into topics like anxiety, depression, and self-harm in youth and adults; challenging family dynamics, divorce, and forgiveness; addiction and codependency; as well as abuse and trauma.
