June 4 - July 9 | We all know it’s important to study God's Word. But let's face it: the Bible is sometimes confusing and challenging to read and understand. Over this six-week class, we’ll walk you through a simple but effective method of bible study that will give you the steps you need to feel confident reading, interpreting, and applying the Word of God to your life. Teachers: Kelly Givens, Andrea Kean, LaNette Montgomery
June 4 - July 30 | (NOTE: There will be no class on July 2). At one point in the Gospels, Jesus asks his followers, “Who do people say that the Son of Man is?” Rebecca McLaughlin helps us look at what the four biographies of Jesus in the Bible tell us about who Jesus is. Examining nine characteristics that point to Jesus as the King of the Jews, mighty healer, perfect sacrifice, and more, she guides those of us who are curious about the hero of the Gospels to learn more about him and share his truth with others in fresh ways. Teachers: Mike & Lisa White
June 4 - August 20 | We will study the common themes and links between books of the Old Testament focused on wisdom for practical living and mastering the difficult challenges of life. We will pay close attention to the problems of suffering and maintaining faith in the face of evil. In just twelve weeks we will tour Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, Job, and Song of Solomon. Our emphasis will be on Biblical insights that are more easily seen across these books than just from within them. Teacher: Mark Bilger
