By majority vote on Sunday, Aug. 29, the congregation chose to pass the resolution and go forward with the purchase of the property at the corner of Buford and Polk roads. In September, the finance team will look at the costs and benefits of paying cash from our reserves versus taking out a loan for the purchase and make a recommendation to the Session. The Session will make a final determination on cash versus loan and the next steps for buying the property.
